NASA Kennedy Space Center Director Robert Cabana talks with reporters at the Shuttle Landing Facility runway shortly after the space shuttle Atlantis arrived safely, returning from it's thirty-third and final flight. Both Cabana and NASA Administrator Charles Bolden spoke with reporters and Shuttle Mission employees at the landing strip gathering, acknowledging the hardship of short term losses as non-government Shuttle Program employees lose jobs, but hopeful of NASA's future objectives to send astronauts to explore space beyond Earth's orbit.
